Defective Item Policy
If items arrive defective, damaged or incorrect from our side, we will cover return shipping cost for qualified defect claims.
Non‑defective returns
For non‑defective 30‑day‑reason returns, customer shall bear return shipping cost back to our China registered return address.
Refund timeline
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refund funds go back to original payment channel. Bank/provider processing delays are outside our control.
